You cannot delete a payment method that is currently being used for an active subscription.
The process to remove a payment method may vary based on the country you live in:
You can go to Manage your cards (you’ll be redirected to external link, which is not managed by Verbals)
You must add a new payment method in Account settings > Billing. Click on Manage subscription button. You will be redirected to payment processor page to update the payment method.
Alternatively, you can delete a payment method if you have canceled all active subscriptions.
